I had a really mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic for exploring the Amalfi coast and the pool area offers a lovely spot to relax. However, I encountered a dreadful situation with gas smells in my room, and the staff's response was far from reassuring. The service could use improvement, as I felt ignored by management regarding a serious safety concern.
